Privacy Policy

AI Club Canada (“the Club,” “we,” “us”) collects personal information submitted through our application, contact, and newsletter forms solely to operate the membership admissions process, communicate with applicants and members, and administer Club sessions.

Application information is shared only with the admissions committee members assigned to review a given application, and with a sponsoring member where one is named. We do not sell, rent, or share applicant or member information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting the Club through the Contact page. Applicants who are not admitted may request that their application record be deleted following the conclusion of the review cycle.

This policy will be updated as the Club’s systems and processes evolve. Material changes will be communicated to members directly.
